What You'll Do

  • Build and own full-cycle recruiting across all departments and levels
  • Design onboarding programs that reduce time-to-productivity for new hires

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in HR leadership, ideally in financial services or a high-growth environment

  • Comfortable partnering with executives and front-line staff alike
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification a plus

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
  • 3+ years managing sales managers, supervisors, team leads, or multi-layered sales teams
  • Demonstrated success improving conversion rates, productivity, sales quality, and team performance
  • Experience managing remote, multi-site, offshore, or nearshore sales operations
  • Strong knowledge of sales coaching, performance management, forecasting, and KPI reporting
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, call-center technology, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Willingness to travel frequently and remain on-site for extended assignments; valid passport required for unrestricted international travel
  • Preferred: debt settlement, debt relief, or consumer finance experience; HubSpot familiarity; bilingual English/Spanish
